Related’s One Madison Park to get sales office after Labor Day

Related’s One Madison Park, where both Leonardo DiCaprio and former gal pal Gisele Bundchen might land, is officially opening a sales office in the building after Labor Day, the New York Post reported.

A glistening addition to the Flatiron skyline, the glass tower has been dogged by a series of changes and delayed sales. Related revamped the 22nd Street entrance, lobby, amenities, apartment layouts and finishes.

No new information about pricing has been reported, but the Post noted that units have traded for upwards of $3,000 per square foot.

Closings for the apartments are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2014, according to the Post. [NYP] — Julie Strickland
