The penthouse units in the building range in size from 1,144 square feet to 2,371 square feet. Most of the apartments are duplexes and have private outdoor space. Pricing for the penthouses ranges from $1.7 million to $5.9 million, a spokesperson for the developer told TRD. The non-penthouse condo units in the building are priced between $700,000 and $1.7 million.

The 53-story building has 378 units, 144 of which are condos. The remaining 234 units are rentals. In May, the Stahl Organization announced that the building was 50 percent leased. The tower includes 8,000 square feet of amenity space. — Claire Moses
