Sarah Jessica Parker cuts price on townhouse — again

Ask now down to $19.5M from $25M in 2012

Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick lowered the price of their Greenwich Village townhouse by $2 million.

The house is currently listed for $19.95 million, down from $22 million, the New York Daily News reported. Parker bought the home at 20 East 10th Street in 2011 for $19 million and renovated it. The couple and their three children, however, never lived in the 6,800-square-foot townhouse.

The “Sex and the City” star first put the home on the market in 2012 for $25 million.

The townhouse, Located Between Fifth Avenue and University Place, includes five bedrooms, 12-foot ceilings as well as a private terrace, according to the newspaper. [NYDN] — Claire Moses
