The ideal candidate has the data skills necessary to collect, organize, and interpret various online databases, can handle multiple projects at once and is well-versed in best practices for digital record-keeping. The candidate has the interpersonal skills needed to call strangers and ask questions in order to understand and report a story as accurately as possible.
This is a data-heavy position that requires a high degree of comfort with databases and a strong knowledge of the real estate industry.
It is also a position that calls for strong judgment and comfort soliciting and vetting information from individuals, databases and institutions alike.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is excited to learn how to look at complicated data to vet, analyze and package real news in real time for a complex industry.
