Related Midwest’s One Bennett Park in Streeterville continues to rack up pricey condominium sales.

An anonymous trust paid $4.7 million in late April for unit 5710 and two parking spaces at the Robert A.M. Stern-designed tower at 451 East Grand Avenue, Cook County property records show. The buyer took out a $3.8 million mortgage for the property from First Midwest Bank.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit is just the latest in a line of pricey condo sales for One Bennett Park, which came to market earlier this year.

One day before unit 5710 sold, the unit directly above it, 5810, sold to an anonymous trust for $4.5 million. The tower’s first condo sale closed in February, when a three-bedroom unit on the 43rd floor sold for $2.4 million.

Since then, a number of expensive sales have closed at One Bennett, including a 50th-floor unit that sold for $4 million and a 45th floor unit that sold to the new vice president of global communications for McDonald’s for $2.6 million.

One Bennett Park is part rental, part condominiums. The rental portion of the building opened in December.
