Two deals over $6 million at the St. Regis Chicago led this week’s list of most expensive home sales in Chicago.

1.) 363 East Wacker Drive, Unit 6906 – $7.1 million
Property type: Condo

Another sale at the St. Regis Chicago tops our weekly ranking. A couple who asked that their names not be included paid $7.1 million for a 5,261-square-foot unit in the 101-story hotel and condo tower, property records show. Unit 6906, is a four-bed, seven-and-a-half bath apartment first listed on June 27 with an asking price of $7.88 million, according to a listing from Compass. It went into contract two days later.

The property has 50 active listings. The most expensive, ranging $8.4 million to $18.5 million, are already in contract.

2.) 363 East Wacker Drive, Unit 6906 – $6.4 million
Property type: Condo

Unit 6106 in the St. Regis Chicago was sold for $6.4 million. The 4,708-square-foot property comes with an east-facing terrace that measures 32 by 9 feet and interiors designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates. The four-bed, seven-and-a-half bath home was first listed for $6.9 million on Oct. 19, according to a listing from Compass. It went into contract on Oct. 21. The buyer is a trust managed by Jordan Frecka.

3.) 316 Sunset Road – $3.8 million

A Winnetka mansion with a hockey rink has sold for $3.77 million. The property at 316 Sunset Road is a six-bed, nine-bath home that was first put on the market for $3.83 million in September. It went into contract later that month. The sellers are James and Gwyneth Johnson. The buyer is Pablo Investments Capital, LLC.

4.) 2550 North Lakeview Avenue, Unit N1701 – $3.5 million

David J. Miniat, the head of meat processing company Ed Miniat LLC, sold a 3,518-square-foot unit at Lincoln Park 2550 for $3.5 million. The property, Unit N1701, was listed for sale in October of last year for $4 million. It went into contract in late September, according to a listing from Compass. The buyer is Daniel H. Cole.

5.) 3754 North Janssen Avenue – $3 million

A Lake View mansion that was on the market for more than two years has sold for $3 million. The property, at 3754 North Janssen Avenue, was sold to an unidentified buyer. The 7,000-square-foot home was first listed in July of 2019 for $3.1 million. It went into contract last August. The seller is Eve Shimota.
