A $2.27 million deal for an Evanston mansion tops this week’s ranking of Chicago home sales. Kelley Conway, an executive at wealth management firm Northern Trust, and her husband Peter sold 587 Ingleside Place to an unidentified buyer.
The six-bed, four-bath property has features such as a home theater, a 2,000-bottle wine room and a heated pool. It was first listed in September for $2.4 million.
4432 North Hermitage Avenue – $1.9 million

Developer Eamon Gibbons sold a mansion on the Far North Side for $1.85 million. The 4,500-square-foot property, at 4432 North Hermitage Avenue, was first listed at the same price on December 30, according to Redfin. It was under contract a day after. The buyers are Rohita Rajkumar and Shanik Mukherjee.
1121 East 49th Street – $1.8 million

Lawyer Robert Earles and his wife Dana bought a South Kenwood mansion for $1.78 million. The 5,500-square-foot property at 1121 East 49th Street has features such as a newly-rebuilt patio, a library with 13-foot ceilings and a custom-built kitchen. It was first listed in August for $2 million. The seller is Fidelis Umeh.
363 East Wacker Drive, Unit 1702 – $1.6 million
Property type: Condo
Qamaruddin Qazi, a doctor based in Wisconsin, bought Unit 1702 at the St. Regis Chicago for $1.56 million. The seller is Olga M. Salazar. The three-bed, two-bath apartment was first listed in August for $1.7 million.

A Winnetka mansion was sold for $1.27 million. The five-bed, five-bath property, at 1496 Scott Avenue, was bought by Mike McDaniel and Ann Withey. The seller is PBBS, Inc., managed by Brian Farley.
