This dataset ranks Chicago’s top 30 general contractors for 2022.
The source data for this ranking comes from The Real Deal’s analysis of New Construction and Renovation/Alteration permits issued by the City of Chicago between Jan. 1, 2021 and Dec. 7, 2021. The ranking is based on the total estimated cost of each firm’s projects.
The dataset includes the ranking, with each firm’s total volume, deal count and contact information, as well as data on all 7,240 projects examined.
