This dataset ranks New York City’s top real estate lenders for 2022.
The source data for this ranking comes from The Real Deal’s analysis of commercial and residential property sales in the city’s ACRIS database of real estate transactions, including original mortgages (doc type "MTGE") recorded between July 15, 2021 and July 14, 2022. in all five boroughs.
The dataset includes a ranking of the top 20 lenders overall, plus top-five rankings for residential and commercial lenders, ranked by total volume. All rankings also include the deal count for each lender.
