This dataset ranks the top brokerages in Manhattan by headcount.
The Real Deal analyzed data from the New York State Secretary of State's office on current real estate broker licenses as of Dec. 15, 2023, selecting only those licensed as an "Associate Broker" or "Real Estate Salesperson" for a brokerage office in New York County (Manhattan).
The dataset includes the top 10 Manhattan brokerages by headcount, as well as the full list of the 22,529 licensed agents working in Manhattan.
