This dataset ranks the top 20 most active residential property managers in New York City for 2023.
To rank the city’s top property managers, The Real Deal analyzed the number of units under each firms’ management using building data from the Department of Housing Preservation and Development from all five boroughs.
The dataset includes the top 20 ranking, plus a tally of how many properties and units each firm manages, plus the ranked firms’ contact information. It also includes details on the over 37,700 buildings examined for the ranking.
