The Real Deal analyzed new construction permits issued by the city from Nov. 15, 2020 to Nov. 15, 2023, and totaled the estimated cost of the projects for each contractor.
The dataset includes the ranking of the top 10 general contractors, their project count, total cost and contact information, as well as details on over 200 details analyzed for the study.
