A move to the United Kingdom did little to dampen the home-flipping spirits of Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.

The former talk show host and her wife listed their farm in the Cotswolds for $30 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. The listing comes roughly a year after the couple purchased the property for $20 million.

Kitesbridge Farm, located in Oxfordshire, spans 16,600 square feet of living space. The main house, constructed in the 18th century, includes six bedrooms and connects to a two-bedroom guest home. Updates to the main home include exposed-beam ceilings, stone walls and farmhouse furnishings.

The grounds also include a central courtyard, a party barn with a pub and a separate structure with a gym and heated swimming pool.

Renovations were projected to take anywhere between 12 and 18 months, but the celebrity couple accelerated that timeline drastically, bringing in 70 workers and getting the job done in less than five months.

The couple already moved to a larger estate nearby that has the capacity to house de Rossi’s horses. They lived at Kitesbridge for a month.

The couple relocated to the United Kingdom last year in the immediate aftermath of Donald Trump’s re-election as president. DeGeneres recently revealed that the property was meant to serve as a vacation home, until the election led the couple to make a more permanent relocation.

DeGeneres is famous for her eponymous sitcom and talk show, which ended in 2022, while de Rossi’s most well-known credit may be her starring role in “Arrested Development.”

A year ago, DeGeneres and de Rossi traded mansions with billionaire mining magnate Robert Friedland. They sold a blufftop estate in California’s Carpenteria for $96 million, less than two years after acquiring it for $70 million.

In exchange, DeGeneres and de Rossi paid Friedland $32 million to buy back an eight-acre estate in Montecito they’d sold him in March for the same price.
