Psssst: BH Properties’ Steve Gozini is rumored to have bought Steven Spielberg’s Malibu compound last year for $26 million, only to flip it back up for sale at $35 million. Meanwhile, actor Peter Gallagher is selling his lavish Brentwood home for almost $6 million. But lest you cry “housing bubble,” there’s a celeb-owned house in the hills listed for less than $1 million.

In commercial  news, in case you meet that special someone at the convention, AEG has you covered. It filed plans to add those 775 guest rooms to the Convention-Center-adjacent J.W. Marriott. And while it seemed like Jamison Services might go uncharacteristically small with its latest Ktown development, originally slated to be a seven-story project, that was a farce.
