Little Tokyo residential complex nearing completion

Project will comprise 16,000 square feet of commercial space and 240 apartments

Irvine-based Sares-Regis Group is finally putting the finishing touches on Wakaba LA, its $100 million mixed-use residential and retail development project in Little Tokyo, Urbanize reported.

Once completed, the property at the southwest corner of 2nd and San Pedro Streets, will comprise 16,000 square feet of commercial space and 240 apartments, including studios, one- and two-bedroom homes. Amenities will include 470 subterranean parking spots, a fitness center and a swimming pool.
