“Dexter” star Michael C. Hall sells Los Feliz estate for almost $5 million

Michael C. Hall, the star of “Dexter,” sold his estate in Los Feliz for its exact asking price of $4.85 million, the Los Angeles Times reports.

The updated 1920s Spanish Colonial Revival-style compound includes a guest house and swimming pool.

The six-bedroom, 5,618-square-foot house has barn-style doors that separate the living and dining rooms, a master suite with a soaking tub and six bathrooms. [LAT] –Hannah Miet
