Submarket Snapshot: Condos in Beverly Hills

There were 24 condo units sold in Beverly Hills in the fourth quarter for an average price of $1.47 million, according to a report by the Agency. They sold for an average of $740 a square foot and traded at 3 percent above listing price. There were 24 condo units listed at the start of 2016 for an average price of $2.1 million. Those condos were listed at an average of $991 a square foot.
