Danny Fitzgerald, the owner of a notorious Hollywood Hills party house, has filed suit against a Saudi prince who rented the home last summer, alleging that his wild blow out graduation party caused more than $80,000 in damages to the property, the L.A. Times reported.

The prince is accused of partying so hard with drugs and strippers that there was damage to furniture and walls. The hardwood floors even buckled because of spilled drinks. The royal was said to have invited 800 people to the property in order to celebrate his graduation from Pepperdine University.

“It was horrible,” Fitzgerald told Times. “The guy just took full abuse of my home.”

Fitzgerald is no stranger to controversy, himself. He’s come under fire from neighbors in the past, who say he routinely rents his home out for over the top parties. A caged lion and an elephant were even once spotted at a shindig. But Fitzgerald claims he’s only ever received one ticket from the police, for a missing lion permit.

He’s seeking $300,000 in total damages to repair the home and replace lost rental income. [LAT]Katherine Clarke
