Submarket Snapshot: Single-family homes in Silver Lake

There were 29 single-family residences sold in Silver Lake in the fourth quarter for an average sale price of $1.32 million, according to a report by the Agency. 

The homes sold for an average of $586 a square foot. They sold at an average 3.4 percent discount to their listing price.

At the start of 2016, there were 15 houses on the market in Silver Lake with an average asking price of $1.32 million, or $572 a square foot.
