Slash is selling his party pad for $10.5M
What could you find in a rockstar’s house? Exactly what you’d expect: skull-print wallpaper, a stripper pole, cushioned walls for unadulterated partying and of course, a gourmet kitchen.
At least that’s what you’d see in the 10,971-square-foot estate of Slash, the guitarist of Guns N’ Roses. The top-hatted musician re-listed his Mulholland Estates property for $10.5 million, half-a-million dollars cheaper than what it had been earlier this year.
In addition to the standard party paraphernalia, including a DJ booth and wet bar, Slash’s residence has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Outside, the three-quarter-acre lot features a swimming pool and spa, an outdoor living room, a skate ramp and vegetable garden.
