Here’s a house to remember.

Former teen sensation Mandy Moore is selling the Los Feliz house she shared with ex-husband Ryan Adams for just under $3.2 million.

The five-bedroom property is located at 2183 Fern Dell Place in the Oaks neighborhood. Built in 1927, the house also has five bathrooms, a media room, formal dining room, outdoor patio and chef’s kitchen. It’s listed by Ryan Judd of Keller Williams Realty.

Moore, then 18, bought the house $1.7 million in 2002, TMZ reported, but split the mortgage with Adams when the two married in 2009. The singer and actress filed for divorce in early 2015.  [TMZ] — Cathaleen Chen
