Not exactly a heart of gold here.

Actress and environmental activist Daryl Hannah has sold her Malibu house to her boyfriend of nearly two years, none other than the legendary folk-rock singer Neil Young.

Young purchased the 17.6-acre property for $3.6 million in an off-market deal, Variety reported. That’s more than twice what Hannah paid for it 15 years ago, when she combined two contiguous parcels for a total of $1.3 million.

The mountainside property includes two separate residences, a rustic shack and a former hunting cabin. The latter has updated under-floor heating and a bathroom with a Japanese soaking tub.

Between 2011 and 2013, the “Kill Bill” actress took the property on and off the market with an initial asking price of $5 million.

She owns a small residence just outside of Telluride, Colorado.
