Kylie Jenner may only be 18 but she’s ready to be an adult. Her first step? Attempting to sell her starter home for a more than $1 million profit.

The youngest of the Kardashian clan recently listed her 4,800-square-foot Calabasas pad for $3.9 million, TMZ reported. She’d been there for barely one year. The reality star bought the property March of 2015 for $2.6 million.

With five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the Tuscan-style estate features a chef’s kitchen, movie room and a shoe closet in the master suite — yes, a closet dedicated solely to shoes, separate from the main closet.

Jenner, it turns out, has already moved on. The lipstick entrepreneur bought a 7,040-square-foot property back in Hidden Hills for $6.025 million last month. [TMZ]Cathaleen Chen
