Kylie Jenner looks for fast and easy return on Calabasas starter home

Kylie Jenner may only be 18 but she’s ready to be an adult. Her first step? Attempting to sell her starter home for a more than $1 million profit.

The youngest of the Kardashian clan recently listed her 4,800-square-foot Calabasas pad for $3.9 million, TMZ reported. She’d been there for barely one year. The reality star bought the property March of 2015 for $2.6 million.

With five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the Tuscan-style estate features a chef’s kitchen, movie room and a shoe closet in the master suite — yes, a closet dedicated solely to shoes, separate from the main closet.

Jenner, it turns out, has already moved on. The lipstick entrepreneur bought a 7,040-square-foot property back in Hidden Hills for $6.025 million last month. [TMZ] — Cathaleen Chen
