Britney Spears cuts Thousand Oaks price tag by a full million
Oops, she may have aimed too high.
Pop singer Britney Spears has slashed the price of her 1.4-acre Thousand Oaks estate to a sliver below $8 million, $1 million less than the initial asking price when she put it on the market back in April, the L.A. Times reported.
The Spanish-style spread in the Lake Sherwood Community has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. At 8,500 square feet, the sprawling single-story residence also features a home theater, game room, several living areas, a chef’s kitchen with two islands and a glass wine cellar.
Outside, there is a covered patio, an outdoor living room and a seven-car garage. The swimming pool has its own beach and a party-sized spa — perfect for a princess of pop.
