Joey Lawrence slashes price of Calabasas home
Former child star Joey Lawrence is having some trouble selling his Calabasas home.
The “Melissa and Joey” actor has slashed the price of the nearly 4,600-square-foot home from $2.25 million to $2.15 million, Variety reported. He purchased the Mediterranean-style bungalow for just over $1.4 million in 2011.
The two-story house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a double-height living room, a formal dining room and a family room with wet bar. The kitchen connects to a separate breakfast room, and the first-floor bedroom suite has its own gym. The master suite has a fireplace, a vaulted ceiling, two walk-in closets and an exercise area.
