Here’s your chance to make a play at Chris Paul’s Bel Air pad.

The Clippers point guard listed his home for just under $11.5 million, the L.A. Times reported. Ikem Chukumerije of Westside Premier Estates is the listing agent.

The 12,184-square-foot home has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Paul acquired it four years ago from former teen pop-punk songstress Avril Lavigne for $8.5 million. Now, he’s got his fingers crossed for a three-point (as in $3 million) return.

In addition to its canyon views, the Mediterranean-style pad features a 12-seat theater, billiards room, gym, sauna, hardwood floors and an elevator.

The gated two-story residence also touts a 500-bottle wine cellar, chef’s kitchen, separate kitchenette in the master suite, 10-car garage, and balcony. Outside, there is a swimming pool and spa.

Paul, who averaged 19.5 points last season, owns another $9 million, two-acre estate in Calabasas. [LAT]Cathaleen Chen
