Fitness goddess Jillian Michaels cuts Malibu listing price, swaps brokers
Jillian Michaels, the celebrity trainer best known for helping people shed the pounds, has shed a few dollars off the price of her oceanfront Malibu home.
The “Biggest Loser” coach has trimmed the asking price from $9.75 million to just under $9.5 million. She bought it for $6.6 million in 2010, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Michaels has also ditched brokers Bruce Mibach and Tara Switzer of Coldwell Banker for David Kramer and Adam Press of Hilton & Hyland in a bid to boost interest in the property.
The 3,160-square-foot house, located in the heart of Las Flores beach, has a steel, modern look. It has three bedrooms and four bathrooms and features floor-to-ceiling glass, a chef’s kitchen, smart home technology and two outdoor fire pits.
