Tobey Maguire is selling his SaMo house for $3M

The original Peter Parker is parting with his Santa Monica digs following his split with wife Jennifer Meyer.

Actor Tobey Maguire has listed the property for just under $3 million, a small jump over the $2.7 million the couple paid for the property last year, Variety reported. 

The 3,600-square-foot compound, which sits on a 0.18-acre lot, includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the main residence, as well as a separate live-work space. The two-structure estate features an open living area with double-height ceilings, a house-wide veranda and a gym converted from a detached garage.

Built in 1920, the property was redesigned by architect Ruben Ojeda. The separate live-work space, spanning 1,200 square feet, was designed by Koning Eizenberg.
