Pink makes paltry profit with $12.5M Malibu sale

From the Los Angeles website: That must have been “Just Like a Pill” to swallow.

Pop star Pink and her husband, former motorcycle racer Carey Hart, have sold their 7,450-square-foot Malibu home for $12.5 million — a meager $650,000 profit over what they paid for it six years ago, the L.A. Times reported.

The five-bedroom residence, sitting on more than an acre of land, features a great room, a den, a media room, a chef’s kitchen with two islands and a guesthouse.

There are seven bathrooms, a swimming pool, a koi pond entryway and a private pathway that leads to the beach.

Compass’ Lily Harfouche was Pink’s listing agent. Shen Schulz and Jordan Wright of Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer, who was not identified.
