It’s a beautiful villa for “A Beautiful Mind.”

Akiva Goldsman, the screenwriter behind the 2002 Oscar-winning biopic about mathematician John Forbes Nash Jr., has listed his Tuscan-style abode in Beverly Hills for $12.5 million, according to Variety.
