“Modern Family” star Ty Burrell is selling his Culver City condo, now that he has a family of his own.
Burrell, who portrays bumbling dad of three Phil Dunphy on the hit show, has listed his penthouse condominium for $1.4 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom property is located inside 9900 Culver Boulevard, a mixed-use development known as the Culver Centrale. The 1,700-square-foot space features an updated kitchen and multiple balconies.
Burrell acquired the penthouse for $865,000 seven years ago, according to property records. He’s since gone on to adopt two children with wife Holly Burrell.
