Nearly five years after buying a 4,100-square-foot home in the Coldwater Canyon area of Beverly Hills for $2.5 million, actress Amy Smart and husband Carter Oosterhouse are putting the property back on the market for $3.8 million.

The rom-com mainstay and her husband will instead move into a 2.8-acre, five-bedroom Carbon Beach spread they bought for $2.9 million earlier this month, according to the L.A. Times. .
