Jessica Alba just bought a 1.85-acre Beverly Hills spread for $9.9 million, according to real estate gossip Yolanda Yakketyyak, from another Hollywood bigshot: “Black Swan” producer Mike Medavoy.

Located in the gated community in the Beverly Hills Post Office area, the Hamptons-style abode spans 8,800 square feet and contains six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a media room and a library with fireplace.

It sits on 1.9 acres of manicured grounds. There is also a two-story guesthouse and a swimming pool with spa.

The home was most recently listed for just south of $12 million. Medavoy’s listing agents were Jade Mills and Joyce Rey of Coldwell Banker. Alba was repped by Mark Alba of Alba Realty.

Alba, who has been putting her acting career on the backburner in order to run her e-commerce firm the Honest Co., owns several homes in L.A., including three more in the neighborhood, according to Yolanda. [YLBB] — Cathaleen Chen
