Sandra Bullock seeks $15K a month renter for Sunset Strip pad

Renters can certainly count on “Two Weeks Notice” when this lease expires.

Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock has put her Sunset Boulevard bachelorette pad back on the rental market for $15,000 a month, a $500 discount from its 2015 asking rent, Trulia reported. 

Spanning more than 3,100 square feet, the single-story home comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen, an office, a master suite with a soaking tub and a small gym area.

Bullock, star of movies such as “Miss Congeniality” and “The Proposal,”  purchased the stucco home for just under $1.5 million in 2001, long before her marriage to ex-husband Jesse James. She is now a mother to two adopted children, Louis and Laila.
