Indie auteur Jill Soloway has scored a new pad in Los Feliz.

The creator of Amazon series “Transparent” paid $2.35 million for a Tuscan villa along a cul-de-sac on the edge of Griffith Park late last year, omniscient real estate gossip Yolanda Yakketyyak told The Real Deal.

The 3,200-square-foot house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a ¾ bath — a full bathroom but without a tub — according to marketing materials. Built in 1928, it features hardwood floors, a kitchen breakfast room and a veranda in the master suite. Outside, there is a swimming pool and multiple patios.

The previous owner bought the property for $910,000 in 1989, property records show.

George Moreno of Keller Williams Realty had the listing. Soloway was represented by Andrew Morrison of Redwood Real Estate Brokerage.

Soloway, who won two Emmys for “Transparent,” won’t be moving too far from her home turf — as of 2013, she lived in Silver Lake, according to a New York Times profile.
