TV lawyer’s Marina del Rey house hits the market for $3.75M
For $3.75 million, you could live like a five-time Emmy winner.
Veteran TV star John Larroquette recently listed his Marina del Rey home, Variety reported, which spans more than 6,100 square feet and aptly features a screening room with a wet bar in its basement.
Larroquette, known for his role in 90s sitcom “Night Court,” purchased the five-bedroom, six-bathroom residence for $2.85 million in 2005. It also contains a double-height foyer, two dining areas, and an elevator for its four stories.
In addition to the screening room, the expansive basement contains a library/game room, recording studio and gym.
