Here’s something William Wallace didn’t know: they’ll never take our freedom, but they’ll still lowball our real estate.
Controversial actor-turned-director Mel Gibson recently sold his Sherman Oaks home for $2.1 million.
It was sold at a loss. He purchased the 3,500-square-foot bungalow for just over $2.4 million in 2009, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The 2006-built residence has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It features mahogany paneling in the common rooms, skylights and stone accents. There’s also a library and a fireplace in the master bedroom.
The home was occupied by the “Braveheart” actor’s girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, following their split. [LAT] — Cathaleen Chen
