It was sold at a loss. He purchased the 3,500-square-foot bungalow for just over $2.4 million in 2009, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The 2006-built residence has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It features mahogany paneling in the common rooms, skylights and stone accents. There’s also a library and a fireplace in the master bedroom.

The home was occupied by the “Braveheart” actor’s girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, following their split. [LAT]Cathaleen Chen
