“Fast and Furious” creator Rob Cohen is about to zoom into Woodland Hills.

The filmmaker snagged a 4,650-square-foot Mediterranean villa with five bedrooms and four bathrooms for $1.76 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The property, which dates back to the 1950s, features a wet bar, a master suite with a living room area and a dining room that leads to a back patio.

The home was on the market for five months, asking just under $1.8 million.

Rodeo Realty’s Michael Chez and Christina Anwar had the listing. Cohen was represented by Jeff Biebuyck and Dana Olmes of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty.

Cohen is also the brains behind movies such as the third “Mummy” film with Brendan Fraser and “Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story.” [LAT]Cathaleen Chen
