Britney Spears sells Thousand Oaks home for $7M

She’s so lucky, she’s a star. But she may be cry, cry, cry-ing over the price cut she had to give her home in order to sell it.

Britney Spears just unloaded her home in the Lake Sherwood area of Thousand Oaks for $7 million after it sat on the market for a year. That’s almost $2 million down from her original ask of just under $9 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The 8,500-square-foot residence contains five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It features a home theater, a great room, a kitchen with two islands, a family room with a wine cellar and two offices.

Out on the grounds, which span 1.4 acres, there is a pool with a “party-sized” spa and waterfall.
