A $150,000-profit may be nothing to scream about, but it’s not bad for a first time flipper.

Billie Lourd, an actress on “Scream Queens” and the daughter of late “Star Wars” star Carrie Fisher, has sold her Santa Monica home for just under $2.4 million, less than a year after acquiring it for $2.25 million.

The bright blue Sunset Park farmhouse-style abode was built in 1944 but recently renovated and redesigned by Sally Trout, Variety reported.

The 2,300-square-foot home has two en suite bedrooms and three bathrooms. It features an open-plan living area, a den, an eat-in kitchen, vaulted ceilings and master bath with heated floors. In the backyard, there’s a two-car garage with a wet bar and ping pong table, as well as a swimming pool and a deck with lounge seating. [Variety]Cathaleen Chen
