Sitting on a 7,800-square-foot lot, the house features colorfully tiled and painted rooms, including a turquoise-and-cerulean bathroom and a peach-toned dining room with a wine cellar. The Moroccan-inspired villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and features a courtyard with fire pit, a rooftop terrace, and a detached guest house.

A previous version of this story misstated that the house is 7,800 square feet. The lot, not the house, is 7,800 square feet.
