This mansion won’t be the one that got away.

Katy Perry is in contract to buy a property in a celebrity-filled Coldwater Canyon enclave for just under $19 million, according to TMZ. The seller is Cody Leibel, son of Canadian developer Lorne Leibel, who bought it in 2007 for $9.2 million.

The 5,427-square-foot home on Hidden Valley Road in Beverly Hills features five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and sits on more than one acre of land. Perry is buying it in an off-market transaction, TMZ reported.

The home once caught the attention of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, according to Variety, as well as Lady Gaga.

Perry’s purchase follows the end of a two-year legal battle win against the convent of the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary over the singer’s purchase of its eight-acre Waverly Drive convent in Los Feliz.

Perry also owns two side-by-side homes at the top of Runyon Canyon in the Hollywood Hills. She purchased them in separate transactions in 2013 for a total of $11.2 million from oil heiress and philanthropist Aileen Getty. [TMZ and Variety]Subrina Hudson
