A Trousdale Estates compound owned by property investor Graham Bourne topped The Real Deal’s weekly tally of priciest listings with an asking price of $19.9 million.

The 6,888-square-foot home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, 14-foot ceilings and a theatre room. Bourne purchased the modern-style abode, which sits on just over an acre of land, for $14 million in 2015 under the guise of an LLC.
