Talent booker Tom Windish lists Los Feliz home for $1.75M

Talent booker Tom Windish is looking for a new kind of act.

The entertainment executive, who has signed artists such as Lorde, The xx, Diplo and Alt-J, listed his Los Feliz home for $1.75 million, or $657 a square foot, The Real Deal has learned.

The 2,664-square-foot home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and was designed by modern architect Steven Hill. The recently renovated estate features an elevated walkway bridge connecting it to outdoor gardens and a viewing deck.

Windish purchased the property in 2015 for $1.5 million, according to property records.

He is the founder and president of his namesake Windish Agency, which was acquired by Paradigm Talent Agency in 2015.
