“Classy” porn site sues Chris Bosh over conditions at LA mansion

From TRD South Florida: In an unexpected turn of events, a porn site is suing Chris Bosh and his wife over the allegedly poor condition of the Boshes’ Los Angeles-area mansion. 

X-Art porn magnates Colette and Brigham Field claim the Pacific Palisades home had toxic mold, leaks, plumbing issues, rat droppings and poor internet access, alleging in the suit that they “had to seek medical assistance for sickness and rashes that they suffered from the time when the mold could be seen and smelled,” according to TMZ. The gossip news website described the company as a “classy” erotic video website because of its filming spots.

The Miami Heat star, who’s still a member of the basketball team despite not being able to play, put the 10,755-square-foot mansion up for sale about four years ago, asking $14.5 million. The Boshes later reduced the price and eventually listed it for rent.

The Fields put down $138,000 for the first month’s rent in December 2016, which was $46,000, and the $92,000 security deposit. They’re seeking the deposit back plus damages.

In South Florida, Bosh owns the six-bedroom, 12,000-square-foot mansion at 6396 North Bay Road in Miami Beach.  [TMZ] – Katherine Kallergis
