The Arden Villa mansion, home to the famous brawl between “Dynasty” characters Krystle (Linda Evans) and Alexis Carrington (Joan Collins), is ready for another close up.

The Pasadena estate has hit the market with an asking price of $28 million, or $2,154 a square foot.

The 13,000-square-foot main residence has five bedrooms and nine bathrooms with a grand private drawing room, game rooms, office spaces and a wine cellar, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Built in 1913, the home’s exterior was built for entertaining with expansive grounds including a tennis court and swimming pool. The lily pond where the fight went down in the 1980s television series is also still intact.

There is also a second 2,430-square-foot residence on the grounds at 1193 Arden Road with its own swimming pool and private entrance.

The seller is an entity registered to Guang “Geoffrey” Ren, who purchased the home in 2013 for $20 million from “Spring Breakers” producer David Zander, according to property records.

The mansion was first built for railroad heir and mining tycoon William Kennon Jewett.

The roughly three-acre property has also made appearances in “Matlock,” “Knight Rider” and in the film “Billy Madison,” according to the Hollywood Reporter.
