For $50,000 a month, you too could live like an Oscar winner, and without the risk of any bear attacks.

Leonardo DiCaprio is now leasing his long-time beachfront Malibu cottage, Women’s Wear Daily reported, for $50,000 a month for a short-term stay or $25,000 a month in a year-long lease.

DiCaprio first listed the Carbon Beach home for sale for $11 million last September, but finding no takers — not even at a reduced price of $10 million — the actor removed the listing in March. Katie Bentzen of Partners Trust has the listing.

Spanning only about 1,765 square feet, the residence has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It features an open-plan living area with fireplace, a galley kitchen, and a second-floor balcony. DiCaprio acquired the home for $1.6 million in 1998. [WWD]Cathaleen Chen
