Harry Styles wants $8.5M for Hollywood Hills pad

It must be a sign of the times.

Former “One Direction” heartthrob turned solo artist Harry Styles has listed his house in the Hills for $8.5 million, little a year after scooping it up for $6.9 million.

The 4,100-square-foot contemporary home, perched above the Sunset Strip has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, the Los Angeles Times reported. It features an open floor plan, a screening room, a gym, a center island kitchen and a master suite that spans the entire top level. Outside, there is extensive decking above a lounge area, as well as a pool and spa.

Styles released his debut album earlier this month. It currently tops the Billboard 200 chart.

The crooner sold his Beverly Crest home at a loss last summer. He bought the 1960s-era home for $4 million in 2014, but sold it for under $3.2 million. [LAT] — Cathaleen Chen
